In 2014 Stéphanie Prunier founded Havas Legal & Litigation – a crisis management team dealing with corporate litigation in the public eye. The team comprises communications experts and former lawyers, who come with broad experience in high media-impact litigation.

Stéphanie holds a general company law Master II degree and lectured at the Tours faculty of law from 1992 to 1995 and at Paris II Panthéon-Assas from 2004 to 2007.

Stéphanie joined Havas in 2010 as partner having previously worked at the Ministry of Defence, where she advised the Defence Secretary for nearly three years.

She also comes with considerable experience in all fields of corporate communications advising CAC40 companies and their top executives.

To protect her clients’ reputation, she forges partnerships with top legal firms covering fields including the EU’s GDPR, class actions, e-reputation, business criminal law and legal restructuring.
