Rayan has a public affairs law Masters from Paris-Dauphine university and a digital law Masters from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne university.

He used to be communication and public affairs manager for the PR firm Tilder. He then worked for the French Prime Minister’s office in the ‘Etalab’ department, where he led development of the public data policy. He moved to Havas Paris in October 2023 as Junior Consultant within the Havas Legal & Litigation team. He is instrumental in setting and implementing communication and influence strategies. He furthermore comes with expertise in digital communication and writing content.
